February 22, 2008, Newsletter Issue #69: Worry-Free Temporary Housing

Tip of the Week

Since you or your company is paying for and renting a fully furnished housing unit for a temporary period of time, not only should all your utilities be included, you should not have to worry about any repairs or house maintenance while living in the temporary location. Since you will be residing there for a short period of time, you should be able to just arrive with your suitcase and personal belongings and have almost everything else you need in your new residence. Make sure you read over the contract to ensure that you will not be held for any repairs or anything not discussed before moving into the rental. You do not want to have to worry about anything while adjusting to your new location.
